Roll out to your team

A calm rollout. Invite the team, set up Skills and knowledge, and let the habit build.

A good rollout is quiet. No mandate, no training day. You set Sayli up so it is useful on the first call, invite your team, and let the habit form on its own. Here is the order that works.

1
Create your org and invite the team

Set up your organization and invite teammates. They sign in with Google or Apple, so there are no new passwords to manage.

2
Set up Skills and knowledge

Build the Skills your team uses most and fill the shared Knowledge Base with your docs and answers. This is what makes Sayli sound like your team and know your facts from the first call. See Customization Suite.

3
Set roles

Decide who is an Owner, an Admin, a Member, and a Viewer. See Roles and permissions.

4
Send the Quickstart

Share the Quickstart and let people start on their next real call. That is the whole training.

An adoption arc

You do not need a launch plan. A natural arc tends to play out over three weeks.

Week one, people install Sayli and finish a few real calls with the answer in hand. Week two, the habit forms, because the brief saves them the cleanup they used to do by hand. Week three, they start adding their own documents and picking the right Skill, and Sayli gets sharper for everyone.
