A live hour is an hour of Sayli listening on a call. The clock runs only while a session is active.
Annual billing is the lower price. Monthly billing is the same plan, paid month to month. You can switch any time.
Fair use on Pro keeps "unlimited" honest. Normal daily use will never hit a limit. We only step in if usage looks automated. What that means, concretely, is written down in the Acceptable Use policy.
