Pick the brain for the meeting

A Skill is a per-call persona. It swaps the live-answer instructions and biases the brief toward the kind of conversation you are in.

We call them Skills because each one packages a brain, not a label. The Skill you choose is snapshotted onto each new meeting, so the brief you read afterward matches the call you actually had.

Free for everyone

Skills are available on every plan, including the free plan. You do not need an upgrade to switch brains.

Make your own

Your org can build its own Skills. An admin opens Settings, then Skills, and edits the live-answer instructions to match how your team sells, hires, or supports.

A custom Skill behaves like the eight that ship. Pick it before a call, and the brief comes back shaped the way you wrote it.
