You are about to walk into a pricing negotiation. You put the Negotiation Persona on the call, and Sayli answers like a negotiator instead of a note taker.
Pick who helps on the call
A Persona is the advisor Sayli answers as. It sets the voice, the priorities and the shape of live answers and Help me. It also sets the tone of the brief, while the brief keeps its usual sections, so you always know where to look.
The Persona you have on is copied onto each new meeting when it starts. Switching later does not rewrite a call you already had, so the brief you read afterward matches the call you actually had.
Open Personas from the sidebar, or press ⌘+6 (Ctrl 6 on Windows and Linux). Pick one before the call. To switch mid-meeting, use the Personas pill in the pane's footer: the next answer, and the brief, use the new one. Choose Just Sayli when you want no Persona at all, only Sayli's own voice.
Personas are available on every plan, including the free plan. You do not need an upgrade to switch advisors.

Eight Personas come built in, under Made by Sayli. They are read-only, so they always behave the same way.
Make your own
Describe the advisor you want in one sentence and Sayli drafts the Persona for you. It lands under Yours, and it works like the eight built in: answers follow the voice and shape you wrote, and the brief takes on its tone.
A Persona you build is yours alone. It goes with you to every workspace you belong to, and you can keep up to 50. Nobody else sees it until you send them its link.
A Persona that belongs to your workspace can be edited by its owners, admins and members. Viewers can use it but not change it.
