Connect your Outlook calendar and Sayli knows what is next, when it starts, and who is coming. It reads. It never writes.
What you get
Your next meetings appear in Coming up on Home, with the time and a one-tap join link. Teams meetings carry their link in the invite itself. Zoom and Meet links usually sit in the invite's text, and Sayli reads them from there, so those meetings get a join button too.
Google Calendar and Outlook can both be connected at once. Coming up shows one list with meetings from both.
What Sayli can see
Connect it
In Sayli, open Connections and choose Outlook Calendar.
Pick the Microsoft account that holds your calendar and approve read-only access. Work, school and personal accounts all work.
Back in Sayli, your next meetings appear on Home.
If it does not connect
Microsoft says an admin has to approve Sayli
Some companies stop employees from approving apps themselves. Nothing you try on your own will get past that. Ask your IT admin to approve Sayli for your organization, then connect again.
It connected, but no meetings appear
The account may not have an Outlook mailbox. That is common for a personal Microsoft account that has never used Outlook, and for work licences that do not include one. Connect the account that holds your calendar instead.
Meetings stopped appearing
Microsoft ends a connection after some account changes, such as a new password or a new sign-in policy at work. Connect again from Connections. If Microsoft is slow for a while, Sayli keeps showing the meetings it read last, for up to 30 minutes.
