The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Sayli (entity name pending incorporation). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service
Sayli is a real-time meeting copilot. It transcribes calls you run it on, answers questions during and after them, writes briefs, and keeps a private, searchable record for you and your organization.
Your account
You need an accurate email address and a supported sign-in method. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@sayli.ai if you believe it has been compromised.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT, and sales tax, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Plan prices, quotas, and what each plan includes are listed on Pricing and plans. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, briefs, and Knowledge Base are yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on them: to store, process, transmit, and display them to you and to the people you share them with, and to pass them to the subprocessors listed at Subprocessors for the same purpose. We never train models on your content and we never sell it. See the Privacy Policy.
Recording laws are yours to follow
Call-recording and monitoring laws differ by place. Some require the consent of every participant. You are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires before you record or transcribe a conversation with Sayli. Read Recording consent guidance. If you cannot get the required consent, do not run Sayli on the call.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use and Fair Use policy. It is part of these terms.
Referral program
The referral program is governed by the Referral program terms.
Our property
The service, its software, and its brand are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you a right to use the service, not a license to copy or resell it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. Sayli's answers are generated by machine and can be wrong. Verify anything you act on. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination
You can stop using Sayli and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable-use policy. Where practical, we will warn you first. On termination, deletion of your data follows the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may change the service and these terms. For material changes to the terms we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the change.
