Find anything you have said
Search lives at ⌘+K in the app. It looks across every call you recorded, not only the one in front of you.
Results are grounded in what was actually said. You get the line, the call it came from, and the context around it. No guessing, no paraphrase that drifts from the record.
What it covers
Your own calls. Search is scoped to the meetings you recorded, not to everything your role lets you open, so an Owner or Admin who can open a teammate's meeting still will not find it here. That keeps one person's history out of another's quick-search, and it means search is not the tool for auditing a workspace.
To narrow it, put the distinguishing words in the query itself. There are no from: or org: operators: typed literally they are just characters to match, and they will return nothing.
When you want an answer drawn from a specific set of calls rather than a list of hits, group them into a folder and ask the folder. That is the scoped question search operators would have been for.
During a call
When you are live, you do not want to leave the conversation to dig. So there is a fast keyword search over the transcript of the call you are on.
It runs while the call continues. Type a word and see every moment it was said so far, each one timestamped. It searches this meeting's words only, so for anything from your Knowledge Base, ask in the pane instead and let the answer draw on it.
