You have already worked a lot out with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini: the pricing you settled on, the objections you rehearsed, the plan for a rollout. Bring those chats into Sayli and it can use them in your calls.
Chats you bring in are yours alone. Your teammates and your workspace's Owners and Admins can't see them, the assistants you connect to Sayli can't read them, and Sayli uses them only in your own live answers.
Two ways in
Each assistant lets you download your chats as a file. Sayli reads that file on your computer, lists every chat in it, and keeps only the ones you pick.
Assistants keep notes about you. Sayli gives you a prompt that asks for them. Paste it into a new chat, paste the answer back into Sayli, and Sayli keeps it as one memory. Doing it again replaces the old one.
Get your export
- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Data controls, and choose Export.
- OpenAI emails you a link. It can take up to 7 days and works for 24 hours.
- Download the zip. Sayli takes the zip, or the
conversations.jsoninside it.
Free, Go, Plus and Pro accounts can export. Business and Enterprise workspaces can't.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Privacy, and choose Export data.
- Anthropic emails you a link that works for 24 hours.
- Download the zip. Files you gave Claude aren't in it.
Free, Pro and Max accounts can export. On Team and Enterprise, an owner has to allow it.
- Open Google Takeout, choose Deselect all, then select My Activity.
- Under My Activity, keep only Gemini Apps and set the format to JSON.
- Google emails you a link. Download the zip.
Gemini's export lists each prompt on its own rather than as conversations, so Sayli keeps a day's prompts and replies together as one memory. Personal Google accounts can export. A work or school account depends on its admin.
Bring them in
In Sayli, open Memories and choose Add a memory. On the Your chats with line, pick ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Choose the file, or drop it on the sheet. Sayli reads it on your computer. Images, files and voice notes are skipped; only the words are read. Nothing leaves your computer yet.
Every chat is listed, newest first, with what Sayli already has. Search, pick a few, or choose Select all. The line above the button says how many fit in your workspace.
Choose Bring. Sayli sends the chats you picked and learns them in a few minutes. You can close the sheet or go anywhere else in Sayli meanwhile: a small notice follows along and tells you when they're in. Stop ends it early, and what was already sent stays.
What Sayli keeps
- The words of the chats you pick: your messages and the assistant's replies, as text. Each chat is one memory, with its title and dates.
- Never a password or a sign-in. Sayli doesn't connect to your ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account; you bring the file yourself.
- Never the images, files or voice in the export.
A very long chat keeps its first messages, up to what one memory holds, and the library says so.
In your calls
When the call touches something you worked out in a chat, Help me and Ask Sayli can draw on it. Your own lines count as yours. What the assistant said is only what it said: Sayli doesn't present it as a fact about you or your company, or as a decision, and where a chat disagrees with your workspace's memories, the memories win.
What Help me suggests you say never mentions the chat, and never repeats what a chat says about someone who isn't on the call. The brief after a call never uses your chats, and an answer that drew on them stays out of what you send or export.
Update or remove
Export again and bring the same chats. Sayli adds the new ones, updates the ones that changed, and skips the rest. A chat you deleted in the assistant stays in Sayli until you remove it here.
If Sayli was closed before an import finished, the assistant's row says it stopped early. Choose the same export again: only the rest is sent.
In Memories, set any of them aside or forget it, like any memory. To remove everything from one assistant, choose Add a memory, pick the assistant on the Your chats with line, and choose Remove all. Answers Sayli already gave you keep their wording.
