These terms govern Sayli's Refer and Earn program. Taking part means accepting them, alongside the Terms of Service.
The reward
Each qualified referral earns you 30 days of Sayli Pro, added to your account.
The reward is Pro time, not money. There is no cash payout, no bank transfer, and no credit against invoices. Dollar figures shown in the app describe the value of the Pro time at the Pro price. They are a description, not a balance you can withdraw.
Rewards stack. A new reward extends your existing Pro window rather than replacing it.
What qualifies
A referral qualifies when all of the following hold:
- The friend signs up through your referral link or email invite.
- The account is genuinely new: created within the last 30 days and with no completed meetings before the referral is claimed.
- The friend subscribes to a paid plan. A free account or trial does not qualify.
One referrer per friend: the first referral recorded wins, and a later code cannot re-attribute them.
Caps
- Rewards are granted for up to 25 qualified referrals per person. That is 750 days of Pro in total. Referrals past the cap earn nothing.
- One referral per device. Signups from the same device as the referrer are rejected.
No self-dealing
Referring yourself does not count, in any variation: your own new account, your own device, or an account you control.
Fraud and clawback
The program rewards real word of mouth. If we find fabricated accounts, device or identity farming, paid placement presented as personal recommendation, or any scheme to manufacture qualified referrals, we may withhold pending rewards, revoke granted Pro time from the scheme, and remove the account from the program. Serious cases fall under the enforcement terms of the Acceptable Use policy.

Changes and end of program
We may change, pause, or end the program at any time. Pro time already granted stays granted. Changes apply to referrals that qualify after the change.
