Some calls are yours alone. Some belong to your team. A few belong to the whole company. Sayli gives every meeting one of three visibility levels, and that level decides who can open it.
Three levels
Every meeting starts Private and stays that way until you change it. The level you pick controls who can find the meeting, open it, and read what was said.

This is the part worth being plain about. A Private meeting is private from your colleagues, not from whoever runs the workspace: an Owner or Admin can open it, read the transcript, and play the recording. That is how the access rule is written and enforced.
If you are in a workspace somebody else administers and you want a conversation nobody there can open, do not rely on Private. Your own personal workspace is the boundary that holds. The moments you mark are yours alone either way.
There is also no separate notion of a team inside a workspace. Team means every Member, not a subgroup, so raising a call to Team shares it with everyone on the workspace who is not a Viewer.
Visibility is also memory
Visibility controls who can open a meeting. Memory is narrower: when Sayli answers you, it draws only on your own calls and on calls shared at Team or Org-wide.
So a Private call stays out of everyone else's answers, including your Owners' and Admins'. They can still open it and read it, because that access exists for oversight, but Sayli never puts its words into their answers. Team calls reach every Member's memory, since Team is not a subgroup.
Nobody recalls from a call they could not open, and nobody recalls from a colleague's Private call, whatever their role. A call you move to the trash leaves memory too.
Change it any time
Visibility is a setting on the meeting, not a fixed property. Open the meeting's brief, open More actions, and pick a different level whenever you want.
Changes take effect right away. Lower a call to Private and it stops appearing in anyone else's answers.
