Some calls are yours alone. Some belong to your team. A few belong to the whole company. Sayli gives every meeting one of three visibility levels, and that level decides who can open it.
Three levels
Every meeting starts Private and stays that way until you change it. The level you pick controls who can find the meeting, open it, and read what was said.
| Level | Who can see it | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Private | Only you | Yes |
| Team | Your team | No |
| Org | Everyone in your organization | No |
Visibility is also memory
Visibility does two jobs at once. It controls who can open the meeting, and it controls what memory and search can reach.
Retrieval is gated by the same level. When a teammate asks Sayli a question, it only recalls facts from calls they are allowed to see. A Private call never surfaces in someone else's answer. A Team call only reaches people on that team.
A teammate never recalls something from a call they cannot open. The wall around a meeting is the same wall around its memory.
Change it any time
Visibility is a setting on the meeting, not a fixed property. Open the meeting and pick a different level whenever you want.
Changes take effect right away. Lower a call's level and it stops appearing in answers for people who no longer have access.
