The call started a minute ago and you forgot to turn Sayli on. A small toast slides in. You click it, and it is listening. You did not miss anything.
A toast the moment a call starts
When you join a call in the Zoom, Teams or Webex app, Sayli shows a small toast asking if you want it on for this one. On a Mac it does the same for a call in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc or Safari. One click and it is listening. Ignore it, and nothing happens.
Every meeting app opens your microphone when you join, so that is the signal Sayli watches. It needs no permission, and it never reads your screen, your window titles or your browser tabs. Switch it off in Settings, under Meetings, and Sayli never checks.
A call in a browser tab on Windows or Linux is not noticed. Start Sayli yourself, or turn on Launch at login so it is already running. See What each platform delivers.

A reminder before you are due
Sayli can nudge you before a scheduled call: one heads-up, 30 minutes before it starts, in Sayli's own small panel at the top of your screen. It shows even when the Sayli window is closed, and it asks your system for no notification permission. Turn it off in Settings, under Meetings.
Your next meeting, one tap away
Sayli reads your connected calendar to know what is coming up, and shows your next meetings with the time, a countdown cue, and one tap to join.
Out of the box nothing starts on its own: Sayli offers, and you choose. There is one setting that changes that, Auto-start from calendar, which begins listening when a video call on your calendar starts. It is off until you turn it on, gives you a few seconds to cancel every time it fires, and stops at the end of the meeting or if your microphone changes.
