Where your data lives

Residency, encryption, and how to take your data with you or delete it for good.

Your data is yours. This page is the short version of where it lives, how it is protected, and how to take it with you or remove it.

Where it lives

Your data runs on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. Sayli relies on a small set of subprocessors, grouped by what they do: speech-to-text, the language model, embeddings, vector search, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, billing, analytics, and error reporting. The canonical, named list, with regions, is at Subprocessors.

Encryption

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing moves or sits in the clear.

Take it with you

You can read your data back out at any time, through the API and through Sayli's own MCP server. There is no lock-in. See Sayli as an MCP server.

For a full export of your account data, email privacy@sayli.ai and we will send it within 30 days. In-product export is coming.

Delete it for good

Delete a meeting and the delete cascades. The transcript, the brief, and everything derived from them go with it. A deleted account removes your data entirely.
