Your team grew, and the plan you started on no longer fits. You open billing settings, move to a bigger plan, and everyone keeps working. The change takes effect and the receipt shows up on its own.

Everything lives in your organization's billing settings. From there you upgrade, switch to a different plan, and open a customer portal to update your payment details and pull past invoices.

Seats set the total on Team

The Team plan is billed per seat. Your total follows how many people are on it, so adding or removing people changes what you pay.

What counts

The number of people on the plan is what the total tracks. See Pricing and plans for what each plan includes.

Tax is handled for you

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for your payments. That means VAT and sales tax are taken care of, and your invoices reflect it.
