Sayli in Gemini

Ask Gemini about your own meetings. Add Sayli as a custom app in the Gemini app. Read-only, with the call each line came from.

Connect Sayli to the Gemini app and your meeting history is there when you need it: what was decided, what you promised, and what is still open, each line with the call it came from.

Sayli is read-only in Gemini. It does not listen to calls, record, send, or change anything.

Connect

1
Copy your link

In Sayli, open Connections and find "Let your AI ask about your own meetings". Copy the link. It is https://api.sayli.ai/api/v1/mcp.

2
Add a custom app

In the Gemini app, open Settings, then Connected Apps, and choose Add a custom app. Paste the link.

3
Sign in and approve

Gemini opens a Sayli page. Sign in the way you always do, pick the workspace to connect, and approve. Gemini then takes you back.

Who can add custom apps

Google offers custom apps to personal Google accounts in the US, 18 and over, with Keep Activity on. A work or school account can't add one.

What you can ask

Prepare for a call
"Help me prepare for my call with Northwind." You get what past calls established, what is unresolved, and questions worth asking.
Draft a follow-up
"Draft a follow-up from my last call." The draft keeps what was confirmed apart from suggestions. Nothing is sent.
Review open commitments
"Which commitments are still open?" Your own open action items across calls, and which are overdue.

What Gemini can read

The connection reads what you can already see in that Sayli workspace, and nothing else. It never reads the chats you brought into Sayli from an assistant. Every read is written to your workspace's audit log, and Disconnect in Sayli's Connections ends access at once.

A HIPAA-mode workspace keeps meeting content inside Sayli and cannot be connected.
