An admin builds the parts the whole team inherits. Create custom Skills for the conversations your team has most. Fill the team Knowledge Base with the docs, scripts, and answers your people reach for. Set the defaults so a new teammate is useful on day one.
For everyone
Each person tunes the rest. Pick the Skill that fits the meeting. Set your audio and output languages. Add your own documents to your private library. None of it takes more than a minute, and all of it compounds.
You do not need to configure everything at once. Pick the Skill you use most, add the three documents you cite most, and let the rest grow as you go.
