What the workspace shares
The Knowledge Base is shared, so the docs, scripts and answers your people reach for are filled in once and everyone gets them. Workspace Personas are shared too: any Member can pick them and edit them. A personal Persona is yours alone, and it follows you to every workspace you belong to.
What each person sets
Pick the Persona that fits the meeting. Set your audio and output languages, which are yours. Attach context to a specific call when it matters to that one conversation rather than to everybody. None of it takes more than a minute, and all of it compounds.
You do not need to configure everything at once. Pick the Persona you use most, add the three documents you cite most, and let the rest grow as you go.
