Nothing joins the meeting, on any platform. There is no extra participant and no recording banner, because Sayli captures on your own machine rather than dialling in. Whether the Sayli window can be kept out of a screen capture you start yourself depends on your operating system: fully on Windows and on macOS 26 and later, partly on older macOS, and not at all on Linux. Yes. If your computer can hear the conversation, Sayli can help. That includes an in-person meeting.

We never train our own models on your meetings, and we never sell your data. The speech-to-text and language-model work runs on third-party processors, and what each one's terms allow goes to customers under a mutual NDA rather than being summarised here. Sayli keeps a recording so you can replay a call. It is tied to your account, it is never used to train models, and you can delete it.

Yes. A new meeting is Private unless you choose otherwise, and the moments and notes you mark during a call are yours alone. No teammate sees them, and no model reads them.

Yes, from inside the app. Settings, then Privacy, then Download: Sayli builds one JSON file with your profile, your meetings, their briefs and transcripts, your to-dos, and your questions. You can also read your data through the API and through Sayli's own MCP server (see Sayli as an MCP server).

Sayli isolates every workspace's data, redacts sensitive text at ingest, keeps an audit log, has no passwords to leak, and never sends a bot into a call. People sign in with Google, Apple, or an emailed code; SAML single sign-on and SCIM are not available yet. Point your team to Privacy and security and the Security overview.

Yes, both. Sayli ships from one codebase to Windows (64-bit and ARM), macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), and Linux (AppImage and .deb, 64-bit). What differs between them is what the operating system allows, not the product: see What each platform delivers.

Stop the meeting from the Sayli window any time. If you only want it out of the way, ⌘+\ folds the pane down to the small pill; Sayli is never fully hidden during a call. On Linux, where the window cannot be kept out of a capture, share a single window rather than your whole screen.

Most meeting tools help after the call. Sayli helps during it, while the words still matter. Nothing joins the room, and it is built to make you sharper, not to fake it.

Words appear in the transcript while people are still speaking, and answers stream, so you read them as they arrive.
